THE EIGHTEENTH self-catering apartments are the ultimate coastal getaway for family, friends, group golf trips or couples retreat.
The 2 or 3 bedrooms (en suite) apartments sleep 4 or 6 guests respectively. Apartments are fully equipped and all have a Built-in Braai/Barbeque on the patio. As well as extra-large garages, with washing machine and tumble-dryer, clothesline with plenty of space for a large vehicle.

BEACH ACCESS
Fronted by a vast stretch of Indian Ocean coastline, Prince’s Grant offers direct access to a pristine beach and lagoon. The sea here is rough and there is often shore break. In season there are lifesavers throughout the day.
The Eighteenth apartments is about 1.4km away from the gate. Please note that all beach turnstiles are locked at 19h00 and opened again at 04h00 daily
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
A host of facilities and activities include: golf, canoeing at the lagoon, fishing, tennis and squash courts, swimming pools, kiddies jungle gym and security access to the beach.

King Shaka International Airport is 45min drive (53km) from THE EIGHTEENTH at Prince’s Grant.

Electric fencing around the estate and 72 security cameras positioned along the perimeter and biometric access control ensures your safety and gives you peace of mind . Residents have direct access to the beach via several security gates.
GOOD WEATHER
Typically KZN enjoys hot and humid summers from October to April, with mild winters between May and September.
The Indian ocean temperature peaks in the range of 25 – 27°C around 3 Feb and at the coldest, around 1 August at 20 – 22°C, making it pleasant for swimming and diving.
